  What, exactly, is the purpose of this article? Somebody help me with this difficult task.
  
  In the last paragraph, we are told that public assisted schools take their directives from the D-G of the GES so the principals of those schools charging extra fees are breaking the rules and must stop doing so.
  
  And so? We didn't know that very important information, eh? We have to read Okoampa to know.
  
  The rest of the piece is about the man Okoampa. What do we learn? That he must have taken his A Levels in his mid-20s. Strange, given the fact that he was a "dadaba" since his father was a UG lecturer and he has all those big big big uncles and grandfathers and fathers-in-law...
  
  Another result of the compulsive need to write something everyday.

  Such obduracy, obstreperous contumacy and recalcitrance in your touthful days even haunt you when you write because in your seared psyche, you have scores to settle with everybody. I never knew until now that you are sub 50, probably 48 years old. Okoampa, writing profusely has its merits and demerits, so I advise you take a break to give us all a break for sober reflection.

  The guy Okoampa lacks wisdom as he is full of hubris and suffering from narcissism so much so that he falls in love with his bombastic and jingoistic vituperations. He is a mental psychotic who lacks experience and writes before he thinks. Only America as land of myriad opportunities has afforded him the fortune of acquiring a Phd. His writing belongs here nor there, as his style is rather artificial, old fashioned and impressionistic.

  Okoampa, by his own words, was born in 1958 (he once wrote that there are 20 years between Kufuor and him - Kufuor born in 1938). That makes Okoampa at least 54 years old.
