Do not forget that most vulnerable girls are either too feeble or timid to put up any substantial resistance to the sexual exploitation of those irresponsible adult predators out there. But even if your mindset is that the girls get pregnant because they are 'spoiled' do you think punishing them by making their parents refund the cost of government sponsorship is going to 'unspoil' them? That is ridiculous ! What prevents them from continuing their education after giving birth?
