  If a school girl is raped and gets pregnant as a result how will punishing the girl serve as a deterrent to others from being raped and getting pregnant? Do not forget that most vulnerable girls are either too feeble or timid ...

  If a school girl is raped and gets pregnant as a result how will punishing the girl serve as a deterrent to others from being raped and getting pregnant? Do not forget that most vulnerable girls are either too feeble or timid to put up any substantial resistance to the sexual exploitation of those irresponsible adult predators out there. But even if your mindset is that the girls get pregnant because they are 'spoiled' do you think punishing them by making their parents refund the cost of government sponsorship is going to 'unspoil' them? That is ridiculous ! What prevents them from continuing their education after giving birth?
