  I THOUGHT THIS COMMON SENSE REQUIREMENT WAS ALREADY IN PLACE,IF NOT...WHY NOT? IT SHOULD BE OBLIGATORY FOR ALL MPS,JUDGES,SENIOR CIVIL SERVANTS, TOP MILITARY AND POLICE OFFICERS.

  So it is possible to become a millionaire. Now suppose she saves all her money, plus allowances lets say amounting to 8000 Cedis a month, she could gross
  
  96,000 Cedis a year, and in 10 years 960,000 Cedis. Imagine that she is investing these monies, rather than just saving it in a cooking pot.
