  Fisher folkes in Westafrica have been sleeping for the past 100 Years. No Changes in Technologie or education. No Knowledge about the Ocean, fishes or the eco-system, no clue about economics or Marketing, no infrastructure, etc.. Why don`t the fisher man just stay on shore and Import Sardines in cans from Marocco?
