  Yes, the fight for female genital integrity and the right to be free from genital mutilation will be won, one day, if we stand shoulder-to-shoulder for the right for male genital integrity and for all our children, boys and girls, to be free from genital mutilation.

It is for them to decide. What I do know is that females tend to enjoy the sex more with the circumciced penis

  I am not against male circumcision. I understand circumcision in its broadest sense than you think. I have personally known and communicated with young women (from Africa) who have undergone the practice. I have followed the work of activist African women organizations, the UN, etc., on the subject.
  
  In fact, I have taken classes with some of these girls/young women in New York where the subject had come for discussion. They shared a lot with me. I have read extensively on the subject as well.
  
  On the other hand, my concern is the moral complexities and medical/psychological complications associated with female genital mutilation.
  
  Anyway, I have done a thorough research on female genital mutilation and have even written a comprehensive essay on it in 2009. I will look for it and have it published on Ghanaweb.
  
  This is why my essay primarily focuses on it, female genital mutilation, with the other social issues.
  
  That said, I am all for male circumcision if it's done properly and under hygienic conditions. The German case I brought up had to with the way it's done. It's a Western problem, not Africa.
  
  In fact, when I said momentum was gathering against circumcision, I simply meant Western public apathy toward circumcision, male mostly. That was not a reflection of my views on male circumcision. Please take note!
  
  Again, did you take note of the blood-sucking Jewish circumcision ritual example I gave? These are the kinds of male circumcision I am against. Again, it did not specifically say I hate male circumcision. So, please don't get me wrong, Brother Kojo T. Please do me a favor: Tell me what you understand and which I don't understand!
  
  In the meantime, I am well-versed in the subject(s), Kojo T. You may have misconstrued my position on male circumcision, so I shall not hold you to it.
  
  Let's see how the sequels go. I have them written up already but have not submitted them for publication. I have a couple of additional readings to do. I look forward to your reply!

  Anyway, my response to you gives me the opportunity to clarify a few things.
  
  In fact, one of my female friends presently in Ghana wrote to ask me after reading the piece if I was circumcised.
  
  I didn't give her an answer! The problem was, I didn't not know what to tell her. What has this essay got to do with whether I am circumcised or not?
  
  I think I unconsciously read her question into your response.
