Why should I struggle to pay taxes on my private business to be lavished on such disgraceful characters? Ghana is cursed and doomed for ever!

Thank you, my dear Kofi. If this is the calibre of politicians being looked up to, to redeem Ghana from corruption, then God Help us. The Executive must laughing heartily to the bank as the only supposed arm of Government to kick it where it hurts, is itself neck deep in this disgusting act.
Perhaps an Arab Spring type of revolution is what Ghana needs. Now we all know the level of hypocrisy among these disgraceful law makers. Shame on you lot, especially the so-called opposition MPs.

MASSA KOFI, if this allegation here is true as being reported, not only is this shockingly shameful but there's the urgent need for CHRAJ [if it has the power] to promptly probe Parliament over this very serious allegation and the contract awarded to ZTE Corporation of China. This raise serious concerns about the integrity of our MPs.
In the first place, ZTE Corporation is scandal-tainted in global business practice. Clearly, the phones were offered as sweeteners to our MPs. And if our MPs could not understand the implications of receiving these phones as a subtle form of bribery by ZTE Corporation, then there's the need for our politician/MPs to pass IQ Test before being elected.

Security of Ghana, especially of parliament and the presidency cannot be left in the hands of another nation period. It is one thing to be clueless in Ghana but it's another being admitted fools even to China. Ghana is in this predicament because instead of owning and running our own telecommunications industry, Kufour in his thieving wisdom chose to give Ghana Telecom away. Now we have some of the very fools in parliament who voted to rid Ghana of Ghana Telecom along with new MP's without foresight and requisite wisdom wants to depend on another nation to protect their corrupt parliament. Would China not be aware of what our legislators are doing or thinking? Would China not have an upper hand if predisposed to know what is going on in Ghana so they can stifle real competition? Of course this should not come as a surprise to anyone because Kufour gave the stadia renovation to a Chinese company because he deemed it to be so and all his idiotic ministers did not question Kufour’s intellect or loyalty to mother Ghana; the start of the Woyome saga.
