  It is unfortunate that the deceased's family members are not resourceful.What Ghanaians should know is that if they are not satisfied with the autopsy or post mortem report from the police hospital or any hospital they can hire another pathologist to do a thorough autopsy on the body and challege the previous report in court if it is different and if they have resources to do so. Obviously an autopsy will establish the cause of death whether it is natural or traumatic.
