Why did your AG file a nolle prosequi when you had brought charges against some people? Lies may win you power, but lies cannot rule the country. We are seeing the results of lying into power!

So please Clement go produce your evidence and appropriate action will be taken. Being with the united cadres front is not a licence for lie.

I wonder what goes through the mind of some of you when you come on here to write such trashy comments. Yes all politicians are thieves but some at least deliver to make life a bit easy for the poor and as a floating voter, that is the difference i see between NDC and NPP. If NDC had continued on the development and social interventions projects introduced by NPP, we would be far advanced in our development than where we are now. Unfortunately most of you are so obssesed with tribalism and partisan politics you can't even be objective when facts stare you in the face. NDC propaganda machine has been so powerful in twisting the minds of people like you to the extent that the day light corruption and stealing of this current NDC govt is nothing to people like you. Five years into NDC rule and not one single policy to help the poor has been introduced. After four years in Govt our president can look us in the face and tell us they have chewed the meat to the bone and yet you people still come here to point fingers at a govt that was voted out 5 years ago! You people are cursed to live in poverty and under development because you refuse to use your brains.

While any verification is going on, the verifier should also look into the various allegations which made the rounds during the time of His Excellency Rawlings. The various people appointed to various ministries who suddenly had the resources to build lavish homes in Ghana, the "Scancem" palaver, who actually paid for the expenses of the Rawlings' children in their overseas schools, how the divestment of various state owned business entity was made in such a way that the Rawlings family ended up with a coice morsel, how His Excellency was able to acquire the various homes in the various regions of Ghana, how his Excellency was able to acquire his speed boat, the possible existence of various foreign bank accounts under names of nominees and trusts.
Given the way things operate in Ghana, I am willing to grant and indeed have stated so on this web site that all administrations have had large dollops of corruption. However, I am unwilling to accept the proposition that there was an attempted assassination of His Excellency. I am more inclined to believe that some sort of move was made as a feint to test just what the Rawlings defense would be in the event someone attempted an assassination. Who will call whom on their closed communications syste, how their vehicles would move and in which direction, who would be in command etc. After all Rawlings had made similar moves against elements in the NPP. This might have been a case of Rawlings being given a dose of his own medicine.

In effect is this expose telling ghanaians that the deluge of corruption perpetrated by mills/mahama/ndc is minimal compared to the npp commissions. Why has the ndc chosen to ignore the imperative of justice when ghanaians are suffering a virtual ndc economic affliction. And finally which party has looted more of ghana's scarce resources, the ndc or npp!
