    You are an idiot. Tsatsu lied and the letters here show that he was economical with the truth when he appeared before the sole commissioner. It is clear Tsatsu mortgaged the drill ship and was ready to sell it.

    Sorry Pal, Tsatsu served prison time on a different case not this one and he can be prosecuted on this case. This is a different case from the one he went to prison for.
