First, why will Tsatsu buy a 36 year old ship in 1995 or thereafter for $26.8 million dollars? This ship was not even originally built for that purpose but was a cargo ship that Tsatsu bought for $12.8 million and sent to Spain where it was refurbished to a drill ship for another $14 million. Who was keeping an eagle eye on Tsatsu that he was not duping Ghanaians with that price tag? Rawlings gave the Bank of Ghana keys to Tsatsu where money from poor Ghanaian taxpayers was siphoned through GNPC and now Tsatsu with his cousin Kojo Tsikata and Kofi Awonoor formed a conglomerate that now owns oil businesses and the three "Amigos" are among the richest people in Angola where Kojo Tsikata is domiciled.

After the whole world watched the judges perform so miserably at the election petition trial, coupled with the fact that Ghanaians haven't yet recovered from the shocking result handed down by Atuguba and his cohorts, one should expect this sole commissioner to have learnt useful lessons, to serve as a guide to go through this one with circumspect. Already, he is proving that he's not wise, because it's an unwise, foolish person who repeats the mistakes of others. This is why I strongly have doubts that the Nana Oye Lithur probe, with a 9-member committee set up by CJ, may even be yielding any fruitful, positive results.

The judge needs to form an opinion whether all those involved acted in the interest of the state. The sale cannot be looked at in isolation,tsatu is a critical reference point

I am a regular reader of your articles. Each time I read your article I ask myself "who is this person?". First, who is more partisan and irresponsible:you or Justice Apau? Re-read all your articles since the Presidential petition period and evaluate them for partisanship and irresponsibility. You will realise that you are one of the worst offenders among those who write. Second, try and answer these questions and then ask yourself what you want Justice Apau to do is logical or not.
1. Who sold the drill ship? Tsikata?
2. Why was the drill ship sold by the the one who sold it? Will Tsikata know?
3. How much was the drill ship sold for? Did Tsikata have the records?
4. How was the drill ship money used? Did Tsikata know?
5. Did Tsikata ever say that GNPC did not owe any foreign company? Is GNPC's indebtedness to SG not public knowledge as per the records? I would have scored you zero for repetition if you were writing an essay for me.
Please we have better thinking Ghanaians apart from some of you so give us a break.

The said sales took place when Mr Tsikata had left office. Mr Tsikata's apperance before the commission, could be termed as a witness. You cannot expect the commissioner to treat Tsatsu as if he took part or knows anything about the sales. According to what we are hearing, there are no papers covering the sales of the Ship. Those who sold the ship account nor produce reciepts of their bank transsactions. It is no easy job for the commissioner. I would advice everybody stop making unqualified comments and let the commissioner to do his work. Mr Woyome and Atuguba has no stock in this case.
