So Otokunor is an "Economic Policy Analyst"? Oh please. Who conferred that on him? No wonder that the economy is facing serious challenges. Otokunor reminds me of Kwakye Ofosu, the so called 'oil analyst' who was never heard discussing anything oil.

By the way can Otokunor cite the source of President Bush's rendition on what a budget is? I thought he was doing a serious academic and well-informed analysis. This is just a child's play.

It is only in Ghana that a dog like Otokunor can be allowed to stand a microphone and talk to human beings. why! am I saying this? It is just because it will only bark, Wow! Wow! attempting to scare People, but I don't think we human beings are afraid of such Dogs like Okokunor without teeth. It will rather run away if it is being approached.
