Good one there at least I have seen a sensible person who can reason and think, first and foremost, what is education at all? In a country where I come from, they defined education as anyone who can read and write English language that is how they defined education in Ghana. A country where a lot of people look down upon those who can't speak and write English language do you think such country can develop no wonder Ghana is a country with good resources but the citizens are mentally weak unable to think and reason as well, they are still slaves to the so-called Europeans. They are still colonized mentally and physically but the reason is that they don't know that they are still under colonization. So in s nutshell that is how illiteracy is defined in Ghana. Then one may ask that how about the countries who are using their own language to study are they illiterates? a country like France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Finland, Norway, China etc can we classify their education system as substandard because they are not using English language to teach in their institutions? Africans will always embraced everything from west and east without thinking deep and its side effect in the future and we hate our own things so tell me are we humans? We always lionize the oppressors and disowned ours and we called ourselves educational elites now listen to a proverb from Europeans to Africans “you can take a monkey from bush but you can't take bush from monkey" how are we going to interpret it? it's simple to Europeans, Africa is bush let's see how they describe Africa they use the word Sub-Saharan and the question is do we have sub-Europeans or sub-Asians or sub-Americans, etc look how they have cited Africa in a World map, Africa as a continent is always at the bottom of the World map, the question is why they didn't cite Europe, Asia, America and Australia at the bottom but only Africa think about it brothers and sisters, the proverb means an African a monkey can come to western or eastern country to study or do anything but because he/she is from Africa you can't take Africa mentality from him or her then the stereotype goes, they are less humans, they don't have food to eat, always fighting among themselves etc so why Africans shouldn't cling to their own and abandoned their stupid act but yet still Africans are upholding their language and their barbaric culture, 500 years we are still slaves so when are we going to emancipate ourselves as a people created by YHWH.
The time has come for Africans to come together as one people and put their difference away and unit as people it has been a long time in slavery and colonization. Your sister gave birth for free because of the NHIS introduced by the NPP. The N1 and all their new highways were constructed by the NPP. The Accra Mall you shopped at and all the new towers you saw around airport were constructed during Kufuor's business boom.
All your old folks started receiving free healthcare under Kufuor and your nephews and nieces were eating free at school. O, I forgot, your country is now an oil producing country also discovered during the NPP era.
Did you see the new banks? Look, your NDC sold government businesses to themselves. We need the private sector for sure. It will reduce the government's wage bill. Unless and until you and other NPP fanatics and tribal zealots come to understand linkages between Ghana's never ending judgment debt saga and issues like the sale of the drill ship, you and others living on distorted realities will not rest in peace.
Are you and others saying that because of what has been wrong with judgment debts no other mismanagement and thievery matter? What you and others need education on is that when people in high places act as agents of Ghana's government (from J.J. Rawlings through Kufour, Atta Mills and John Mahama) engage in oral and or written contracts with vendors/suppliers they do so in the name of Ghana. The failure of those government agents to seek parliamentary approval has no bearing on the validity of the contract because Ghana's parliament as an institution does not negotiate with vendors but grant those face to face negotiations through ministries with jurisdiction over said projects. Thus when those vendors sue the government of Ghana through the courts in Ghana or on foreign soil, it is because they've been aggrieved by Ghana's government through representatives.
Here is a classic case of Kufour era sale without parliamentary approval and or public notification. Yet you and others have displaced common sense with party loyalties and continue to defend acts that should be condemned by anyone unless of course you are an NPP fanatic looking at events through the eyes of you demy-god Kufour. When has the government of Ghana placed money in a government account to be controlled by an ambassador? Why did K.T. Hammond and company allow Ghana's ambassador to the UK to gain access to the $3.4 million account and from whom did that authorization come? Was it through parliament, Kufour the president at the time or Ken Dapaah and KT Hammond? Try to be a Ghanaian first and all things logical will follow.

Some may choose to ague the NPP does not dominate all the regions in the country, the most important about the party is, it membership are all bloody Ghanaians prepared to die for mother Ghana unlike the hoodlum NDC that criminally solicit voting from illegal immigrants from Togo, Nigeria, Mali Bulkina-Faso, Niger, Senegal, Benin and from other non Ghanaians.
As a Ghanaian I was shock to the bone to witness the criminal tactics of the NDC when they came mobilizing for voters with promises of incentives and jobs in Ghana in a house across the borders with Togo at a place call Kojoviakope in Lome. Apart from that they encourage illegal immigrants in the country at places in Nima, Mamobi, Ablobloshie and within the Zongos making it look like it's normal thing when Ghanaians are despicably attack and beaten just for being Ghanaian in such countries including Gambia let alone to be encouraged by a political party to vote.
Today, Ghana is under foreign armed robbery attack because of all these allowed to vote foreign nationals who have are encouraged by the unscrupulously unpatriotic NDC criminals who in fact have no inner feeling for mother Ghana.
No wonder the NDC government ganged up with foreign companies to dupe the country in highly suspicious dubious settlement debt payments and such as the hoaxed STX Korean housing project and the stinky Brazilian plane deals with Mahama as the lead mafia.
