they should be allowed to collect along side road, like you say to cause fire if hit by another car or truck..They should be number system,appointments or use of 2 way radio or cell phone to let refinery employees know your outside and close..Of course they are no shortage of petro and deisel in usa so that probelm don't happen..But since most companies don't haul their own fuel.. The trucks are busy hauling to other fuel stations

THE ROADS LEADING TO THE PLACE IS IN A HORRIBLE CONDITION. I WENT TO ACCRA NORTH POST OFFICES, THERE WERE HUGE POTHOLES ALL OVER THE PLACE. YOU CANNOT FIND AN OFFICE OF VODAFONE
ANYWHERE IN SUCH A CONDITION. TWO YEARS AGO, I WENT TO LANDS COMMISSION, THERE WAS NO TISSUE PAPER FOR ANYTHING. WHERE WOULD THESE HEADS THINK FOREIGNERS GO WHEN NATURE CALLS? THEY WILL CARRY WHAT THEY SEE AS THEIR IMPRESSION OF THE COUNTRY, NOT THE GOLD TOILETS IN YOUR HOMES. GET SOMEONE TO VISIT ALL OFFICES AND GIVE THEIR OPINIONS TO THE GOVERNMENT.
