  The so called panel of experts had an earlier report accusing Ghana of training anti Ouatarra elements to overthrow him. Ghana refuted the allegations in a similar way. The UN is partly blamable for the problem in La Cote d'Ivoire by disregarding the ruling of the constitutional court on the elections which Gbagbo won and encouraged the stand off that Ouatarra put up. When the time for divine justice come both the UN and Ouatarra will regret their previous actions. Ghana should be careful not to be drawn into this mess created by the UN with France in the shadows.

  He lost 1 year (2010-2011) because of the war, but said recently that he would not try to recoup it to 2016 before the next elections.
  
  Let the Ivorians decide in 2015 whether they wish to keep him or not.
  If he loses but refuses to leave, he knows what is coming.
  Allow President-changing democracy to work in the Ivory Coast.
