  all that the ndc is best at doing is playing the tribal card against the npp and telling ghanaians that the npp is only meant for akans but in this modern age, it is common knowledge that governance means VERY SERIOUS BUSINESS WHICH GOES BEYOND EMPTY TRIBALISM......NDC WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE CAPITALIZING ON ANTI AKANISTIC SENTIMENTS AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF USELESS AND FRIVOLOUS ISSUES TO RUN DOWN THE NPP.....well well well...now the honeymoon is over and we need serious govt business to run the state but we have been beating about the bush ever since John Mahama won power after wasting an over expenditure of 8.7 billion ghc just to win the elections at all costs....suddenly we all realize that tribalism doesnt rule a country...it is rather very serious business approaches,pragmatic policies, deep thinking intellectuals and people with genuine business acumen, etc etc that can rule as government..........anti akanism can certainly not put food on our table or create jobs or fight corruption or practice accountable governance.....ndc has failed us big time....

  For Prez. Mahama, it seems the ONLY qualification to head ANY government institution (Ministries, Boards, Commissions, etc) is "ALHAJI", or "Large bottomed Woman". Is it any wonder that governance is failing us?

  The first non performance minister is the education boss. She is very ineffective because up till now most second cycle heads charge the poor students some unacceptable fees called TEACHERS MOTIVATION FEES. Some taechers go round canning poor students who are not earning income forcing them to pay them so called motivation fees on top of their single spine salary. Just last week some at swedru secondary school were prevented from taking their ICT terminal examination simple because they have not paid their teachers motivation fees. Meanwhile the students have paid their full boarding fees. This is pure illegal fees and is no different from armed robbery. The education minister has failed to bring majority of this heads of institution to book in order for them to put a stop to such abnormal and illegal fees. Secondary i have issue with another illegal fees called PTA fees. I dont think government should give so called PTAs chairmen and secretaries the power to impose additional levy on poor students. why should this happen. PTA consist of some few people who think they are well fed and need recognition and therefore use such forums to champion this cause. PTAs should only have power to make voluntary fund raising and nothing more. No group of parents must have power to impose unfair and unjustified levies on poor parents. I was expecting the honourable minister of education to have brought all this illegal activities to end but they have rather assumed new dimension. Mr President is up to you to clean the government of ineffective persons like professor naana opoku agyeman. She is just inefficient.

  Most of Kufuor's ministers could hardly express themselves in english, eg. Elizabeth Ohene. Infact, K4 himself, an Oxford graduate, barely spoke any better english. Compare them to Mahama's young ministers. Moth...ker!!!
