I supported this idea. There must be a car park one mile away so that any car which is due to load must be called by telephone to come and load instead of parky all these dangerous cars around anyhow Management of the Goil ...

All of ghana is a disaster waiting to happen...you don't park on side of a main hiway except for short time..we all have heard of taxis being hit and trucks/cars leaving road and hitting other cars...you will be towed in amer ...

All of ghana is a disaster waiting to happen...you don't park on side of a main hiway except for short time..we all have heard of taxis being hit and trucks/cars leaving road and hitting other cars...you will be towed in america if you do that...only inner city areas like accra or kumansi can you park on CITY/ and residential roads..fuel racks must provide some small parking and other drivers must be given appointments or phone calls made is how it works in usa..You never see long lines of tankers waiting to be filed.. the truck or driver is not making money if its not moving!

A very good article, but how many of the decision ultimate decision makers would chance on and read this article. The whole Gh system needs revamping. Just adjacent to TOR is the DVLA where we are mandated to obtain our licen ...

Just adjacent to TOR is the DVLA where we are mandated to obtain our licenses to drive. There is no tarred road nor any road marking of driving importance. TMA or K-KMA,they work as if there are no managers in control. The very places there are collecting rates, those are where one finds the largest potholes. Well

This idea and solution should not have come from a layman.
We have a lot of TOR personnels with all the degree you can shake a stick at but have no practical sense.

When you see disorder anywhere or everywhere then know that someone is jumping the queue or being given preferential treatment.
TOR situation is a reflection of something much deeper. Who is brave and wise to solve it?

Dear brother, so many of our problems in this country are just so easy so erase. Painfully speaking, the same people who have been appointed to ensure that that there is sanity happen to be the same people who promote the destruction. TOR has all the executives with hundreds of years experience,EMBAs, even PhDs inmanagement, accounting, finanace, engineering, and whatever. Yet the morale for very simple prevention of corrupt practices from within is seriously lacking. If a company is running aground why should its management still exist and receive salaries?? Can't our numerous graduates with no experince do wonders if given the chance?? It only seems most appointees are only well experienced in looting company funds and selling them at a giveaway prices. Pathetically such clever educated thieves happen to get the best jobs all the time. I believe it is time to scrap them all off, so new graduates without any experience can best strategize to move the nation forward. I believe in the young people.
