Why do you think its the job of a new DCE to tar the road and get jobs for the youth who leave the for Accra. Its not a political thing with that region, all the districts has the same problem.   Adamu Dramani is been stupid thinking it only the new DCE who is failing the district, NO its the political party they are follow are those who dont care about that region particularly around Tumu.
  Before you guys were born 1834 Tumu and its villages were very important in trade to upper volta navrongo,sandema,lawra and Wa.
  The Tumu east district is where people of Wa, jirapa and some comes from.
  It was once said he had a pool of water and you only put your hand in and it gives you fish to cook. It was something we all believed and it did work.
  One day, one of our uncle's decided without permission from the elder to see what was in that water. He drain all the water and found not even a single fish. That cause us to move from that region to Wa and the other i mention earlier. We are going back.
  Hillia Fuseini and Adamu Dramani are that uncle I am talking about.
  No matter how you hate your DCE you have to ask the elders and you leaders before you go out in public and be writing useless things that has nothing to do with tne new DCE.
  They should stop behaving let our curse uncle.
  The original families should be encouage to come back to the region, Hillia and Adamu should be welcoming people not drive them away. Our family wouldnt be exiting now if some people didnt welcome us in their towns and villages. Shame
