A whole Minister of finance just goes to sleep and looks on and allows more than Gh Cedis 1.5b to be paid out to GYEEDA for no work done, fraudulently in 3 years without contract documents, without Pre-audit support documents and without knowledge of CABINET. Then he is rated the best Minister for 2013. The conclusion is that Mahama Ministers are dumbs and infidels who should be sentenced to hell--with their dirty SADA, CP, Woyome ATTL, Rockshell SUBA
