The guy certainly knows what he is talking about. He uses 'baddest" to emphasize his point. Let's stop being fickle-minded. He probably knows grammar than you the commentators. Use time productively

You are right about Yawose knowing what he is talking about and intentionally using "baddest". He should have put the word "baddest" in quotation marks like you did. He might have forgot because Yawose is an English scholar.

These two government-paid workers were working along the roadside.

One man would dig a hole two or three feet deep and then move on. The other man came along behind him and filled in the hole. While one was digging a new hole, the other was 25 feet behind filling in the hole. The men worked right past the guy with the soft drink and went on down the road. "I can't stand this," said the man tossing the can into a trash container and heading down the road toward the men.

A befuddled onlooker went to men and said: "Hold it, hold it. "Can you tell me what's going on here with all this digging and refilling?"

"Well, we work for the government and we're just dong our job," one of the men said.

"But one of you is digging a hole and the other fills it up. You're not accomplishing anything. Aren't you wasting the taxpayers' money?"

"You don't understand, mister," one of the men said, leaning on his shovel and wiping his brow. "Normally there's three of us: me, Elmer and Leroy. I dig the hole, Elmer sticks in the tree and Leroy, here, puts the dirt back. Now just because Elmer's sick, that don't mean that Leroy and me can't work."

Some disaster is about to happen all over again at what is happening on the Eastern corridor road.What had been accomplished so far from the Asikuma to Kpeve is a testimony to Mr.Yawose's statements on our poor roads.This road is such an important conduit for the heavy traffic it handles on foodstuffs especially but the stakeholders don't seem to be mindful on the importance of this road at all.Who is in charge?

Mr.Yawose failed to tackle the issue. is there some truth in what Tony said or not? why are you taking him on on roads? is Tony the Minister of roads or did he say that the roads ministry did'nt have any problem? you wasted the precious space of Ghanaweb. common wake up! in any case you should be helping to hold our ministries accountable. if you think Tony is being mischievous then you certainly are. you have either been sponsored to write that useless article or you are a boot-licker.

Very very true,jst after complt madina hi way,was met with rain water accumulating right in the middle of the road,just from the atomic overhead to son go junction.the Ghana technician from road&hiways working with the Chinese company &ghanaian workers look on without concern,knowing perfectly well that this Chinese will leave our shore with no good work done.now all gutters constructed slope very poor,choked with dirty water and not covered.who to complain to.ghana is bleeding
