  You said in the first paragraph:
  
  "...Indeed, the Seikwa, Brong-Ahafo, native may well be also suffering from ..."
  
  Do you not know that the correct usage is "may also be suffering from" or "may also well be suffering from"?

  Let us all analyze the following statement made by our honorable Ph.D. holder of the Department of English in an American university and see how "intelligent" he is: "General Mosquito also dishonestly claimed that his cement blocks were relatively of the highest quality, compared to those supplied the Authority by his contractual competitors. The logical question then was, why would the Bui Dam Authority consent to the wasteful use of taxpayers' money by contractually agreeing to be supplied sub-standard cement blocks by the competitors of Mr. Asiedu-Nketia?"
  
  In other words, if I said Dr. Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe Jr. was the most intelligent lecturer in Nassau Community College, the implication would be that all the other lecturers in that institution are stupid. Interesting, isn't it, that a Ph.D. holder does not understand the meaning of an elementary phrase such as "relatively of the highest quality"!!!

  Let no one deceive him/her self. Ahoofe may be suffering from verbal diarrhoea but he's spot-on with his facts and analysis. Asiedu-Nketia is not only seasoned and consummate thief but a pathological liar who opens his mouth at any convenient radius to spew nonsense and shower vituperations on his perceived political enemies. The earlier he's called to order the better for the NDC and Ghana.
