    THE NPP GAVE PHONES TO POOLING AGENTS TO SEND THE RESULTS TO THE PARTY.

    He is well aware of that! He said it himself in 1998. The NPP has more than 30% dogmatic supporters but they are not up to the required 50% + 1. To get that depends on the personal appeal of the candidate.
