At last the Akyim Dr of English and Creative writing has shown that he is not smart after all; his articles are fit for his kind of followers. There is not a single company in the world, or should I say even in the USA, where at sometimes an infusion of operational money is not well needed to keep things going. Look at Ford, GM, GE, and the top 500 businesses of the world and you will find that they are listed on the trading boards of the world because of capital infusion, Dr. Okoampa-Ahoofe that comes by way of trading and investments by investors.
The Ghana experience is one that even your Kufour could not fix. In Ghana, free means free and people who follow your foolishness do misunderstand that price may go up or down depending on the number participants, participatory contributions, effective services provided and management. Like everything classic Kufour and the NPP or NDC, governments past and present love to initiate new programs in Ghana to win election but have all been mostly ill-conceived and or poorly planned. Most government of Ghana initiatives will and do fail because they are not self sustaining and or lack continued funding sources that must be available to ensure success. The NHIS is bound to fail not because of the NDC or NPP but because of tribal zealots and their semi-educated intellectual like you Okoampa who would convince people in the Ashanti and other regions not to participate in the scheme for tribal reasons.
You, Dr. Okomapa-Ahoofe continue to hide in the USA and throw grenades at everything NDC but have not provided anything of value or of desired intellectual discourse worth anyone’s time. You only know how to stirrup the tribal pot and or try to rewrite history. You will only succeed with Ghana's crowd of semi-educated and uneducated crowd needing goat headers like you as their leader.
