  With your 7S construct, I have nothing to add to such a beautiful piece. You even made it so simple for the likes of Kojo T to understand.

  Remember Ebo Odro-Barton, now a deputy speaker of the National Assembly?
  
  He was a Deputy Attorney-General in the late Prof Mills' NDC government, having come into government as the NDC member of parliament for Cape Coast (Oguaa, where I come from). You know what he did? He conspired with some other crooks in the Ministry of Finance & Econ Planning, Education and Sports and Bank of Ghana and deliberately made Ghana lose a case against a conman called Alfred Agbesi Woyome who was suing the government for a share of some phantom one billion US dollars that fell from the Austrian skies into Ghana.
  
  He, Odro-Barton, made a case to the effect that Woyome must be paid $26 million dollars. He knew perfectly that the guy had done no work for the government to be paid that gargantuan amount. He persuaded the government to pay Woyome and $26 million of tax payers' money was given to Woyome as gratis - for no work. We do not know how much share of the booty he had (perhaps to send his children to schools in the US)
  
  The irony of it all was that while Odro Barton was busy making up all excuses not to defend Woyome's claim, Cape Coast, the city that voted for him to represent them in parliament had run out of water. The pump at Brimso was not working for the lack of repairs. Students at the University of Cape Coast were searching endlessly for water from anywhere they could get, just to wash. The public taps in Cape Coast ran from about mid-night to 05:00 am and residents had to wake up and queue for the precious commodity. Meanwhile their representative found it wise and prudent to pay $26 million to a crook.
  
  And Ebo Adro Barton was a deputy attorney general. Shame!
