  Are the education authorities in Ashanti region doing the work for which they are paid? I mean the Regional and District directorates as well as the Catholic Education Unit. There could be only one reason why they allow such unscrupulous headmasters cheat cildren and parents: Maybe they get their share of the loot from the cheating headmasters. There is the need for immediate action.

  Under the very flat noses of the authorities...right here in Accra, PRESEC overcharged freshers last year and is doing same this year. Why cry over Asante?
