Komla Dumor's unalloyed patriotism, contrasted sharply with the mean-spirited partisanship of the many Lilliputians, who tried to fill his gigantic shoes, after he left Joy FM for the BBC - as was his quiet self-confidence a world away from their tiresome and loquacious self-importance (not to mention their irritating pretentiousness).

I agree with you sir. The pretentiousness of Joy FM people is nauseating.

Also if Komla was doing so well in his chosen field of journalism, why should he have ever considered going into politics as 'Ministerial material'? Looking at what is going on in the area of politics, nobody would wish even his worse enemy to go into politics.

But impression is that Komla stressed himself unnecessarily to death.
Was Komla too greedy or what?
Did he want to take over everything without thinking about his health?
Komla Dumor insatiable desire for fame was unnecessary. It took too much toll on him
He forgot about his limitations
Did his father advise him?
Did his wife advise him?
He had BP.
He was a sick man
He had some bad history of breakdowns
So why did he not advise himself? Was he just GREEDY?
We should learn great lessons from Komla Dumor’s death
