He is not disciplined. How ca Finance Minister give away moneies freely--- for instance the $600m given GYEEDA in 3 years is not right. Did the finance Minister check the contract documents and other supporting documents before he ordered the pay out? Did the pre-audit unit at the MoF did their work? How come? And Mahama said his cabinet is not aware of the GYEEDA irregular payments. Only tywrrps, crooks and looters will hail this Finance Minister. He is good for nothing and should be prosecuted for gross negligence and irregularities
