Mr Sangaparee, every honest Ghanaian knows that the NPP has extremely violent origins. It is also a political organization that was founded on treachery and treason. It is a Party that invited foreign interests to use it to undermine the sovereignty of our dear nation. These are incontrovertible facts.

However I dont like this nonsense about the deaths of the two Chiefs in Dagbon being attributed to the govts of the day.

I do not know much about the first unfortunate incident but from the incoherent ramblings coming from that psychopath Rawlings on the issue, I have come to realize, as a thinking adult that, political motives were rather maliciously implanted into the purely ethnic conflict for political advantage.

Much as their history is sordid enough, my utter political dislike for the NPP will not push me to ascribe untruthful things about them and I would advise you to take a cue from that position.

The reason is that, they are not native Ghanaians, beside that group of people have a sort of negative impact of thinking to a point that, it always affect them psychologicaly. Looking at them very well, as it happens to be that, they are from nothern Africa origin, they believe sacrifying for Ghana will be meaninless unless they end up stealing from the nation all time to meet their obligation. For instance, look at what is happening in South Sudan today, is it not the same thing they were about to do in Ghana during 1956 election, unfortunately, Akans could not have that opportunity. So we do not need to blame them as such, but rather is from their blood. their brothers and sister in South Sudan today, are of the same like them. The only difference from Akans in Ghana is that, they are in foreign land far away from their native country, while the people in South Sudan are in their native country. With that, Akans believe since Ghana is not their native land, they need not to do any patriot for Ghana, instead steal from Ghana to Europe since their native South Sudan is not at peace. As a result they will always do whatever they can to distrupt Ghanas development.

If you look up the definition of a fool in the various dictionaries around and also passages in the Children Bible you will educated to know that Ghana cannot move forward until we get a handle or grasp on our past rights and wrongs; we learn from our past mistakes.
Why do you, Mr. Nanasei think Ghana started off as a nonaligned nation along with India, South Korea, Indonesia, etc and yet today most of those nations have outpaced us in development while we've become known the world over as under-developed but corrupt to the bone? These facts can make us uncomfortable but they are undeniable facts. Think about it Nanasei, the NPP of today and the people who hold dearly to the Busia/Danquah/Dumbo traditions have convinced themselves and others that the use of PDA (Preventive detention act) by Kwame Nkrumah was evil, inhumane and undemocratic and a whole host of adjectives to describe it and yet the very educated elite in the NPP most of whom acquired their post secondary education and or post graduate studies outside Ghana do love the security systems governments in the USA, UK and others have employed to stamp out terror since 911 and to provide security and safety for their respective citizens.
The problem is that in those civilized Western nations, governments of the day do employ tactics that may be anathema to their constitutional values to safeguard the people from external and internal harm. But in Ghana, for no other reason other than tribal loyalties, we wish to ignore the brutalities of tribes by people who can yell and write trash because there are more of them than other tribes. Why should people from Northern Ghana have to put up with the bull from those of us from the south for so long? Why should we allow our leaders to hide behind the lie of tribal superiority to steal and amass personal wealth from the national treasury while we point fingers at others when they do as we do?
Mr. Clement may be crazy like a fox as we prefer to label him but only the truth and repentance is good for our souls to help us move forward. How is it alright for Rockson Adofo and Okoampa-Ahoofe and the other one from Houston, Tx who shamelessly write unsubstantiated crap for people to swallow each day but not good for Clements to provide facts that have not been challenged or contested?

I find your article interesting to read. For me it is nothing but a good humor. Well, we all have different ways of interpreting issues. But I think you got this one wrong. You,for me are rather practicing tribal mawkishness . If we learn to see ourselves as collaborators and as a common people the better. You must see yourself as foremost a Ghanian and let us all stop the habit of always wanting to play tribal superiority over one another. My brother I love as a Ghanian and not as a tribesman.
