Yes, that will be stupid to you but the author is right to say that. Why is it that the investors have chosen not to come to Ghana for a business? Do you know that over millions of people watched the supreme court case and they have seen that Ghana judicial system is too weak so none of them wants to go to Ghana for business and that is the reason why you are going in this hard situation. But l am scared for NDC that if they don't take good care the party may collapse if they loose 2016 elections. Trust me!

hi r.a., my legally untrained mind left me worried that results that had been declared at various polling stations across the nation in an election that npp and indeed ndc and election observers from all parts of the globe had certified as being truly free and fair stood in danger of being overturned because in my layman's view the respondent's counsel were not harping on certain points sufficiently, whilst the petitioners and their counsel dwelt on such appealing phrases as "u and i were not there" and "power point presentation"! can u think of a better description than "playing to the gallery"? fortunately, the seasoned counsel for the respondents dwelt on the case-winning points by letting matters like selective petitioning that the petitioners engaged in! then the justices distilled the legal points and to u jerry boomed! how sad?
