Mr. Yeboah you are on the money, I live in California USA and we see how Chinese are duping the country of America left and right and Ghana is a small peanut for them. Do not be surprised within 5- 10 years there will be a China towns in Ghana, and the result will be, Ghana is an extension of China in Africa.

Why should we continue to borrow to develop projects. The government has no business to own and run entities like Electrity supply, water suply post office. privatise these companies. We need to consider inviting investors to develop their infructures for profit rather than borrwing If we need solar energy supply put our tenders and invite private sector to develop it. We can give them incentives that way we will not borrow.

WHO WILL EVER TELL ME THAT HE OR SHE RESPECTS SOMEONE WHO CANNOT LIVE WITHIN HIS OR HER MEANS. WELL, I AM YET TO SEE ONE. THIS INDIVIDUAL BORROWS FROM LEFT AND RIGHT JUST TO BE ABLE TO PAY HIS BILLS. WILL YOU RESPECT HIM? THAT IS GHANA FOR YOU. THEY SAID THEY FOUND OIL AND THEREFORE GHANA'S PROBLEMS ARE OVER. WHAT DO WE SEE? THE BORROWING CONTINUES UNABATED. REMEMBER, THERE IS ALWAYS PAYBACK TIME AND IT IS GOING TO BE SOONER THAN LATER. I SAID IT AND WILL SAY IT AGAIN. GHANA WILL NOT BE RESPECTED THEY WAY THINGS ARE GOING. I THOUGHT WE SAID WE PREFER SELF GOVERNMENT WITH DANGER THAN SERVITUDE IN TRANQUILITY. WHAT HAPPENED?

Son of Man the United States of America is China's highest debtor. The current debts we own now are those given to us by western countries with strings attached. Some of conditions are structural adjustment of your economy, market economy, multiparty system of government, devaluation of your currency, removal of subsidies in agricultural and industrial sector, abolition of welfare system in water, education, health, sanitation and full cost recovery in the provision of electricity. Exposing your citizens to some forms of infectious diseases, imposing homosexuality on your citizen and allowing the importation and export of opium and other illicit and dangerous drugs into your country.
On the other hand China has not told the U.S. which is her highest debtor to change her socioeconomic system or impose any sexual form of orientation on U.S. and other citizens of the west as the west is doing currently to Africa.
How many of you living there in the U.S. pay tax to the state in Ghana. So what benefit does the state called Ghana derives from you. Coming on the web to spew what is not eaten or even digested. We were ordered not even to preserve food. We let food rot on our farms and at the end of the day go to them to buy food. They are now forcing us to grow and consume GM foods that they have not accepted in full themselves.

For your information, remittances from your Brothers/Sisters living abroad make up to a significant portion, in fact, more than you can ever imagine. And no "collateral" oil flows in return, only your "clever" and "smart" lies.
Nobody from the western world can force you to grow GM foods. It is your own "clever" and dishonest Leaders who collect bribes for a signature, just like you take a box of matches for a vote.

The idiot called Kwame is even asking us how much we contribute to the economy. What this fool is not aware is that, diasporians send in more than 4 billion dollars a year to Ghana with more than 35% of the 4 billion coming from Ghanaians in USA.
Diasporians contribute more than what we earn from exporting cocoa, oil and gold put together.
Some Ghanaians in USA have Businesses in Ghana employing other Ghanaians and paying business taxes. The fool does not understand how the economy works.
