To the likes of Sarpong Justice or whoever, if indeed, Dr Aidoo smokes wee, then it is that rather than all his fine qualities that define him.

Let me tell you why, I, MANTSE, will sing Tony Aidoo's praises anytime. The man is a self-made man who is on top of his game. He is NOT CORRUPT which to some of us is what is killing Ghana rather than what he does in his private moments.

Mr. Sarpong you may want to research into 'PROBATIVE VALUE' AND 'PREJUDICIAL EFFECTS'

You have made very disparaging remarks about a man who has not wronged you in any way and published it in a forum that can only cause the man, those dear to him and his admirers, severe emotional distress.

And what is the Probative Value or benefit to inure to Ghanaians when they read your piece?

Did you just set out to disgrace the man?

My fear here is that while you may not have anything worth emulating, the young ones, if they choose to believe what you have written here, may decide that if Dr Aidoo smokes wee and he is that good then may be they also need to indulge to improve themselves. A prejudicial effect indeed.

With the LOOMING economic woes there is so much to write about than to enter a man's closet and invent skeletons. If your claim that this was known to all on University of Cape Coast Campus, why must you be the person who takes it to town?

Or, is it because you Sarpong don't care where the chips may fall?

Mr. Sarpong, in the final analysis, you may wish to be a Tony Aidoo one day. And if you do, you will know how baseless and disgraceful things are said about otherwise decent people, not for the truth in them but for the prejudices that you suffer as a human.

This is the same man that down priced government car and bouggt it. Tony Aidoo stole so much during Mills government to buy a house in South Africa.

How can you even say he is well read when he couldn't make it to full professorship at lowly University of Cape Coast?

Dr Aidoo has been making sense recently and that is what is wrong with Ghanaians and we continue to make wrong judgments. He Started criticizing Mahama aftee his position was made redundant and see what the criticism got him, Ambassadorial appointment. He did that to get a juicy appointment.

You see, you and others at the wacky ends of Ghana's political discourse have degenerated into everything silly that ails Ghana but continue to show a propensity to write and submit articles for publication on this low standard threshold of ghanaweb without an ounce of forethought.
It would have been indeed an article worth intellectual debate if you had written on successful Ghanaian diplomats in the history of Ghana's independence who served with distinction without wee or known illegal substance consumption relative to those who did bring disrepute upon Ghana while serving Ghana under the influence of cannabis and or other known illegal drugs. Let me give you an example of your own failed attempt at humor. When the drillship Discoverer 911 was sold at Kufour's directive, there was supposed to have been a million or so dollars deposited in a British account with the knowledge of the then Ghana's ambassador to the UK. Please tell me if that ambassador served Ghana well at his post when he had been exposed to the civilized ways of government actions in the UK where best practices and procedures are at work for highly intelligent people of the UK but yet got involved with transactions not worth his dignified post? Was it because he was high on something or was that the Ghanaian standard for ambassadorial performance? You be the judge.
