Nkrumah's dictatorship rule was the best thing that happened to Ghana. At least he had a road map of what needed done. Tema harbor, Akosombo Dam, University of science and technology, Cape Coast University, GHAIP(TEMA OIL REFINERY), Accra-Tema motorway etc, takes a visionary and not the nervous excitements of the confederate potbelly dwarfs and shoeshine midgets.
