  Leadership is an art which is crafted and not rocket science. You learn on the ropes through delegation, empowerment and applying common sense. Leadership requires emotional and social intelligence to empathise and to see ahead through proactive measures. Is our current leader a titular head or an executive head? We need good governance systems in place so that if we have a do-little president, we do not suffer. Here is where we need to review and tweak our constitution.
