The fools driving on our roads cannot read or write in some cases. How can they read the highway code?
Jomo, lack of education and indiscipline on our roads are the major cause of some of these accidents.
Indiscipline is everywhere.....people can't even queue for services without people trying to jump. We are so disorderly
Blame the DVLA and police for the chaos on the Ghanaian roads.

To put it in perspective, 15 meters square is the area of a room 5 meters by 3 meters? Or better still, a stretch of road 5 meters wide and 3 meters long. Is this what Jomo really means?
Cants read and write is bad,but that is not the problem Ghanians are Driving in China,S.korea,S.Arabia,Japan they cants read nothing,But they do drive perfect in those countries without accident ,how about that??????
