I wish Confidence, and the likes will put themselves in the shoes of the victims in that department if indeed he/she is a nurse as claimed. How will Confidence, feel if beaten for someone's negligence or crime?
No matter what; attacks on others are not the best way of solving issues in this civilized world of ours.
You guys got all wrong ...

Whether the poor woman delivered a "Rosemaries' Baby", a deer, a fish or bird, at such a Hospital like KATH, the attending Nurses, Midwife or Doctor are responsible to do the necessary documentation, as well as ensuring the Baby is passed on to the appropriate instance.
There is nothing like "someone's negligence" here that should be used as an axcuse, as if there is a warning on the door:
"THE HOSPITAL TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR NURSES' AND DOCTORS' NEGLIGENCE"
No, Sir, the Hospital must always be able to bear witness that, e.g. "24-year old Ms Habiba delivered a Baby Boy at 19:45 this Sunday, 16th Feb. 2014. Attending Nurses: God Bless and JOE, Dr. Samale and Atta Mortuary-Man..."

Back to the law of the jungle where the ex - boyfriend of the head of state's daughter can be bottled - shaven because he rejected her advances?
Where women would be lashed in their private parts because that is the language Ghanaians understand? Who told you that?
Indeed, we are back in the jungle if educated people who can write good English like Confidence, supported by Tommy believe in the jungle law.
If what Confidence is alleging to is true, does she believe that all workers at KATH were partakers in this crime?
The answer of course is no, so why punish all indiscriminately?
What are the laws in Ghana for?
It's only in Mahama' Ghana that lawlessness is allowed to rule.
Confidence, why should it always be the Zongo youth who behave this way?
Yesterday, it was the same community that attacked hospital staff and a king's palace in the Volta Region and today, it's the turn of KATH.
Confidence doesn't believe that diplomacy and dialogue can be used in solving cases of this nature.
They can be used in solving any case under the sun. Such believes are the causes of the myriads of wars in our part of the world.
Certainly, harm has been caused but can two wrongs correct an error? No way!

You are creating a totally false case here, to justify the wrongdoing of the HOSPITAL Personnel.
Why was it so impossible for the Hospital to SENSIBLY, and SOFTLY explain what happened to the bereaved family before things exploded? The story, as told by 'the Nurses on Duty', does not hold, so there was no reason why the Hospital did not do proper investigations before defending the Personnel, and wasting time.
This arrogant attitude towards "poor" people is the issue here. And so long as you go on defending such behaviour of our authorities, instead of facing and addressing the wrongs, we will not get anywhere.

Do you recall that some few weeks back, the police attacked the youth of Nima who were demonstrating against a foul smelling open drain (gutter) in the neighborhood?
Well,law abiding citizens of Nima unlike the two of you have sent the case to court to be handled appropriately.
That's the way to go about incidents like this if we are serious about democracy and its inherent freedoms.
I advocate that all who are found to be involved in both incidents should be brought to justice;the baby snatchers and the attackers alike.
How I wish one of you were a nurse at KATH, you had no knowledge of the baby snatching and yet was beaten by these hoodlums.

They should have organised friends, sympathizers, loved ones to burnt down the whole KATH facility to serve as deterrent to the scheming doctors and nurses in the stealing and selling business at the various hospitals and clinics across the the country. It is very inhuman to labour for a pregnancy for nine 9 months only for someone to snatch and sell for money, look you in the face and give you cock and bull story. The doctors there are very stupid and bloodsuckers to declare strike action after their inhuman treatment of the frustrated mother.

That is where horns are used because animals have no other language. Humans have language and it is language that should be used to settle issues. These are the reasons why people believe that Muslims are violent people. If this perception has to be proved wrong then, it should come from the Zongo people or Muslims.

When people comment about such cases they always choose sides. Mind you, both parties are at fault one way or another for this incident whether directlt or indirectly. Condolences to the affected family and friends but violence won't solve things the right way if at all. Not to mention that everybody includig them would be appaled by this case but no effort would be made by any party to prevent future incidents or insist on a better health care structure even though this is surprisingly difficult to achieve. Furthermore the news papers had done nothing wrong by describing who did it. had it been a student they would have written KNUST student or something of the likes. had it been a farmer they would have written farmer. Though providing the circumstance the description may seem wrong, it is so because we have led to make ourselves believe so.
Thats why we need leaders capable of co-operating with others including opposition whilst having an eye on the future. Sadly as humans such a person is rare.
I appreciate the opinion on this matter just feel like its a bit one sided.

If it's a none Muslim will they have tag they religion to it.that is why Nigeria is battling with Bokoo haram and can not find solution because they have decided to black mail the deen islam .so we must be very carefully as ghanaians or else we will regret it in future, because our Muslim brothers may not catanause this all the time.
