The six things that the Ghanean citizenry are waiting to from his state of the nation's address are as follows:
1. How Atopa plans to churn out 1k PhDs' annually without free SHS policy, but choking it at that FCUBE level or cyto, and yet, expect to engineer a top notch products/citizenry.
2. Ghaneans want to hear about immediacy promulgation of direct polls at the local level/governance in order for the renters of office/power to be closer to the voters/owners of power, but not some unitary/unison system in far away Accra from the regions.
B. We want to hear about Right to Information act NOW, to curb malfeasance, or corruption.
c. March 1st will be exactly one year since the President commenced comprehensive address system, or street naming project. We want to hear update or progress report.
3. We hope to hear that cutlass and hoe farming in this digital era being a thing of the past. In its place, we want to hear about industrial, commercial, mechanized farming, and inputs. How Atopa intends to lead us into this agriculture revolution.
4. We want to hear about Water, 12k Megawatts Energy policies, 12k Dual Rail-Carriage tracks networks, and Sanitizing the environment with hygienic inspectors or tankas etc.
5. We want to hear about the implementation of the CRC report/recommendations in toto, in order to foster efficient and stronger institutions, whilst streamlining the wastes out.
6. We want to hear more about Industries, Manufacturing, financing, and employments, et cetera, finished!
Tweaaaaaaakai, we are all eyes, Atopa.

MASSA KOFI, I think Ghana's Parliament has the right to decide on its own processes, procedures and parliamentary decorum. However, the short "10 minutes" given MPs to comment on the President's Address is an attempt to limit the Opposition, mainly the NPP MPs hitting the Majority NDC-led Government very hard.
As for the "Tweaa", we should acknowledge is an inappropriate word, frowning upon someone or dismissing an issue. I believe we don't tolerate swear words at home, so we should not allow such word to be part of Parliamentary exchanges/decorum.

Russian Duma was established after the February, 1917 revolution that overthrew the monarchy in Russia. By the November of 1917 it was replaced by the peoples deputies when the Social Democratic Party Bolshevich (the Communist Party took over power from the military junta. It was the Peoples Deputies lead by Lenin, Stalin, Khrushov, Brezhnev and others who build a super power known as the Soviet Union.
When the rightist capitalist revolution took place in Russia in 1991 led by Yeltsin the Russian parliament was renamed the Duma in accordance with Russian imperial times, so was the flag, emblem, the words of the national anthem from the socialist era is still maintained.
It is most interesting that when communist meet, I mean true communist there is no different road to socioeconomic development. So the issue remain only the means and method. Thus I can not be arguing with Kwasi Pratt for instance which economic road Ghana should take. It makes economic development easy because every person knows the role he or she is to play.
What has NPP achieved since Mahama came to power?
