  This is an excellent piece of article. Thumb-up for all that you have said. When I was a student at the University of Ghana in 1996-1998, the University taxed us towards the running of the Radio Univers but what happened was the presenters of the programme used it as a platform to cast insinuation at another political opponents to the displeasure of all the students. The VC and all those behind the imposition of toll on the university community must be charged for causing financial loss to the school for imposing illegal toll on innocent citizens. The impunity must seize where people hide behind institutions to cause so much embarrassment to government. This is a public institution where Desk top computer can be bought for few hundreds of Ghana cedis but at the end are quoted in thousands of Ghana cedis to the dismay of all. It is as if some heads of institutions are doing everything possible to make the government unpopular. The last time , it was some heads of SHS who inflated school fees, some also demanded bags of cement from parents before they are given admission letters.
