  Thanks for this illuminating analysis. The fact of the matter is that, when it comes to struggle for power and control over resources, the NPP knows no shame. As you have eloquently shown, if Kuffuor of all who should know very well the tradition from which the modern NPP takes its stem, could close his eyes and deny members of his Party from Dombo's backyard and national and cabinet level position throughout his eight years( some deputies were appointed to obscure positions), then that tells you the attitude of the party toward its members besides those from the south. The case of Afoko is very painful especially to those northerners who are sympathetic to the NPP and reminds us of the dishing of Aliu. The petition has succeeded in doing is to raise doubts in the minds of delegates about Afoko. No matter what happens, the harm has been done, and candidate Afoko is a damaged good. greetings from home

I'm very very annoyed about this particular nonsense that Aliu Mahama was not allowed to lead NPP unopposed. this is very stupid and it only comes from fools. if you think NPP is ashanti or whatever, so you will never vote NPP, then so be it and fuck off!! damn fools!
