-IF WE DONT HAVE FUNDS TO DO SOMETHING,WE DONT CREATE THAT THING.EC SHOULD HAVE FUNDS TO MAKE EVERY ELECTIONS IN THE COUNRTY.GOV.VOTED FUNDS,IF NOT ABOLISH,TO SAVE FUNDS.
