  He writes so the ideas can be used. All over ghbana we have solar enery and wind energy going to waste just as we have human brain power going tomwaste. I bet the rubbish in Accra alone will generate energy for half of Ghana

  It's probably beccause this article is not talking about "tribes" or party politics. The story is entirely different on modernghana, however.
