Customers have the right to sue their banks if they go contrary to the confidential act except that information is requested by a competent court of law. I believe most Ghanaians are aware of this.

certain states require a forclosure to be posted in newspaper for 4-6 weeks then property is sold on courthouse steps..is that not public notice of debt!
