Every field have its own qualification. And according to our constitution, Every able Ghanaian of sound mind and of age 21 and above qualified to stand for election as MP or president. But the doctor needs much education and training to be able to administer treatment on human body. Now, what you said is very sad and depicts medical malpractice and neglect. And I agree with you that emergency services must be exempt from strikes especially on medical field. Human life has no substitute so we cannot joke with issue like this. And it is not a good sign that only the PRO of KATH came out with concern to probes in to the case and ensure appropriate punishment. We need more governmental agencies, opinion leaders, chiefs and other respectable personalities like yourself Mr. kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe to exact pressure on KATH on this matter to come out with the true cause of death. In this way, it will be very difficult for money to exchange hands. God Bless Ghana.
