  Yes I am of the opinion that the UG should be a sanctuary for higher education and learning and not left to own devices of aplankes notwithstanding the noise pollution from trotros and aplankes shouting on top of their voices to disrupt lectures. Apart from the air pollution from exhaust pipes etc the health hazards accompanied are enormous. However to exempt one heavy-handedness from one military personnel when it fits your whims and caprices show your bias towards the other although they are both soldiers or ex- military but in this case Gbevlo is working for your NDC nemesis. What a dirty prof! What Ghana needs in a lawless mobocracy is a leader with iron fist in a velvet glove.

Salifu Amankwah was beating up journalists and tourists at Circle for taking pictures. His reason? Circle is a security facility.   This 'Power Show' is not uncommon in most of the under develop countries in africa. The security personnel is above the law, he is a law unto himself, he is employed to protect the corrupt 'under develop' leader or the government. Col. Gbevlo-Lartey (rtd) is a bully and power drunk. We give power to people and they trample on our civil rights because seventy five percent of us are uneducated and illiterates. Why should we be affraid of the people we put in power? Those we put in power must and should be affraid of us. We the tax payers pay the salaries of these corrupt, 'under develop' state officials with under develop develop mentality. Col. Gbevlo-Lartey will be always 'out of order' because he is ignorant like the rest of us. Ignorance is the most important cause of sorrow-Nana Egyir Aggrey Snr citizen
