  For the records, the initializing of this aspect of the EPA took place under the Kufuor administration. It wasn't done by the Mahama administration!!!
  
  But who is to tell the truth now that everything seems to be bouncing back (with a boomerang effect) on the Mahama (Pepeni aboa or kwasiabi nti) administration?

  EPA MAY BE GOOD ON PAPER BUT READING OBJECTIVELY BETWEEN THE LINES, ONE WOULD WONDER IF DEVELOPING COUNTRIES HAVE REACHED THE LEVEL OF MANUFACTURING AND FARMING IN DEVELOPED COUNTRIES. EPA IN ONLY BENEFICIAL IF AFRICAN COUNTRIES ARE ON A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD WITH THEIR EUROPEAN COUNTERPARTS. UNTIL WE ATTAIN PARITY IN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, EPA WILL BE DISADVANTAGEOUS TO DEVELOPING COUNTRIES. WE ARE NOT THERE YET!!!
