If people do no want to be taken for granted, they should vote strictly on the issues. This is the only way politicians will take them seriously. Ahwoi knows Upper West would go NDC because all they need to do is splash some cash and a few goods to the chiefs and a few people to deliver the votes. Don't blame him, work harder to educate your people about the ramifications of exercising your civic power prudently, or lack thereof.
