  Despite the US having "the best healthcare system in the world", we are a very, very sick people. Why is that? Because of big corporations pushing their food at us and our government telling us it's healthy. Grow your own or buy from someone you trust. Do not trust things that come in a box or can or jar that is made by a corporation in the "first world". They do not have your health in mind.
