  All 216 MMDAs and 275 constituencies should have their own Dev't Planning commissions. However, when NPP comes to power in 2017, the following people will head the Permanent National Dev't Planning Commission:
  
  1. Nana Addo
  
  2. Dr. Sekou Toure
  
  3. Dr. Paul Acquah
  
  4. Prof Akosa Agyeman
  
  5. Ms. Estelle Akofio Sowah
  
  6. Ms. Hanna Tetteh
  
  7. Dr. Tarzan
  
  8. Dr. Kwabena Duffuor
  
  9. Alban Sumana Kingsford
  
  10. Prof Nana Agyeman
  
  
  Their duties would be to come up with short to medium terms blue prints and implementations of the following:
  
  1. Comprehensive Streets address system and implementation of unique id cards with residential/abode address.
  
  
  2. Implementation of 216 MMDAs and 275 Constituencies autonomous Dev't Planning Commissions.
  
  
  3. Rolling-Out of 60-100 Technical Universities in 8-10 years.
  
  
  4. Promulgation of swift but effective Right To Information Act for transparency and accountability purposes.
  
  
  5. Implementation of 12 Gigawatts Power in 8-10 years.
  
  
  6. Implementation of 12k Dual-Carriage rail tracks network across the country.
  
  7. Establishment of State-of-the-Art Steel-Mills in the country.
  
  8. Coming up with pragmatic blue-print to close the 600-650 bn infrastructure deficit in the country.
