However, the blame should be laid at the constitution that invest too much power in the executive, instead of parliament and the judiciary. Didn't the framers of the constitution know that investing too much power or putting the public purse under the executive breeds SADA, SUBA, Ibrahim, and host of others?

This incident shows the carelessness and immaturity of the president and his brother. The president must be aware that his brother's plane "ferries" government officials on almost all foreign presidential trips.

This incident is a serious indictment on the judgement of the president; believe it or not, this has become an international scandal. The Utah Bank that is holding this "Trust" will surely get to the bottom of this scandal. The flight history and revenues from each trip are not as hard to unveil as the president and his brother may perceive. The pettiness and sheepishness are rather the descriptions of the president and his brother. They could have been a bit careful and tactful.
