The one at Barwah barracks has been there since the 1990s and all those who ply the Tamale-Bolga road frequently knows this. Interview the people of Kogni, the community opposite the plantation and they will tell you. I understand people are relying on a UDS survey report. If they counted the Kamina and Barwah barracks polantations as part of the SADA cultivations, then they did a shoddy job. Oh Ghana, and we're the ones paying huge taxes, huge fuel prices, huge utility tariffs etc whilst few people pocket our money. God is certainly not asleep.
