Don't mind them. I can contain all of them.

The fact is, the "true" histories regarding the evils our pre-colonial elders did are all there, well archived, but not taught or mentioned in public because of their sensitive nature. Even my father, an Asante, has told me some of these histories, "bad" histories I will never forget as long as I live.

I have also heard other sad aspects of these same histories from some elderly Asante friends I had in New York. Two were m neighbors in the same Bronx apartment. So the histories are there. It's laughable some readers are taliking about irrelevancies of English grammar when the evil past of our ancestors is hitting us hard in the face. Who cares about English grammar?

Most of our elders and knowledgeable scholars will tell you these "hidden" histories. I personally know many scholars here in America who have written extensively about some of these sensitive topics and had had them published in some of America's prestigious journals.

I can ask them to have them published on Ghanaweb or ask them if they will allow me to do so on their behalf.

In fact, I have discussed some of these topics with them. Ill-informed readers will surely keep their mouths shut when they read such profound scholarly work.

And don't bother about these detractors. I know some of them. I have a friendly readers who gives me their IPs.

One is very close to me and the other is a Ghanaweb columnist. He's using the moniker "Ghana" here. I know them all. The other also calls himself a Boko Haram Scholar!

Anyway, go read Mark Mazower's "Dark Continent: Europe's Twentieth Century."

Also look for most of MIT Dr. Noam Chomsky's 100 books. He has written extensively on American foreign policiy, including her fomenting most of the wars and conflicts you see in the world today.

Find Dr. Ben Kiernan's "Blood and Soil: A World History of Genocide" and read it.

Yes, we should do everything within our power to check conflicts in the continent, but that is not to say Africans are always fighting each other if we don't stop uncritically copying other cultures--Islam (Boko Haram, Al-Shabab, Ansaru) and Lord's Resisitant Army (Judeo-Christian terrorist organization).

Rememeber that Islam, according to Western scholars, is one of the major three religions of the West (Christianity and Judaism are the other two).

Moreover, Ansaru, Boko Haram, and Al-Shabab, for instance, are "affilaites" of Al-Qaeda and the Taliba, both creations of the West. Many of he problems you find in the continent are rooted in foregin ideas (religion, capitalism, communism, fascicism, Apartheid, etc).

We shall begin to do well when we see value in our progressive culture. Again, that is not to say we are not responsible for the problems on the continent.

A careful study of 500 years of human history should tell you how the West has practically destroyed the world with its constant wars or instigations of wars, conflicts that benefit its MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX!

DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH AMERICA'S MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX MADE LAST YEAR ALONE SELLING WEAPONS TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD? DO THEY SELL THESE WEAPONS FOR PEOPLE TO EAT?

THIS IS ONE WAY THE CIA HELPS THE AMERICAN ECONOMY! THIS IS NO CONSIPRACY THEORY. THESE ARE NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUES DISCUSSED IN THE AMERICAN CONGRESS ALL THE TIME. YET WE SIT HERE AND NOT SEE WHO IS CREATING MOST OF THE WARS IN THE WORLD.

I did not write any bigoted article about Asantes. I wrote about a segment of Akans I branded "these Akans", with a stress on "these", and their hangers-on who are not even Akans. I took the trouble to explain myself, so don't distort what I wrote.

Yes, some of those I wrote about can be identified as Asantes today, whereas some are clearly not.

Having said that, I simply threw back what those trolls have been saying and writing about Ewes in particular, and "Northerners" too. I mentioned some of the things they have been writing regularly on this very Ghanaweb too and then queried them briefly. I used myself and family as a lightning rod to deconstruct their characterisation of Ewes. I am not finished yet, as that was just a prelude to my going on the offensive against them, so just brace yourself/ves for what is yet to come.

I promise that things won't be as they were/are by the time we are through. Most of you will have new insights and new mentality to ethnic issues.

As for those who want to concentrate on building skyscrapers and bridges, they are free to do so. Some of us simply want to avert some All Die Be Die people torching our thatched homes and disemboweling our pregnant women.

Btw, how can I, an allegedly inferiority complex besieged and envious Ewe, be bigoted? Against whom? I am also regularly insulted by Justice Sarpong as a trokosi child molester, a smelling, ekoro infested, incestuous father who molest my daughters regularly, son of a whore, etc., etc. You see, these are all issues I intend to deal with, as they are insults often directed at other Ewes too.

So, e.g., who is more likely to be a son of a whore? An Ewe or an Asante? Your home work is to query the empirical data from Abidjan, Ivory Coast to Lome, Togo and then to Nigeria in the '80s and then to Amsterdam, The Netherlands presently.

That said, you are one of the few Ghanaweb writers whose giant intellect I respect. Among other things, you are very scientific and objective in your analysis.

English grammar has not solves any of my personal problems.Besides, I hardly proofread my comments.

And good grammar does not necessarily reflect good scholarship or an intelligence. Have you heard Ghana's Prof. Francis Allotey or Oprah Winfrey speak English? Listen to them well!

Don't let "truth" betray your fears or timidity! Again, part 3 is already on arrival! Read them and stop making unnecessary remarks about English Grammar.

Finally, some of speak and write English are even doing relatively btter than many American First Degree Holders.

Have you seen the report which says nearly 15% of Americans who graduate from colleges/universities read and write at the middle-high school level?

Anyway, the short and long of it is that some of us are doing relatively better grammatically despite our glaringly poor writing skills.

Remember English is my third, not native pr first, language. Those of you who take English as your native language should do better than us. Fante-Asante-Twi comes first, Ga second, then Enlgish third.

Those "errors" you are crying over are irrelevant. Deal with the substantive issues!

There are respected American-based Ghanaian scholars I talk to who do not waste their times on Ghanaweb where no serious scholarly work is published. They hardly know him.

These scolars are widely published. One is even ranked among the world's 100 profoundest thinkers. He is a mathematician, historian, statistician, cultural ttheorist, musicologist, etc.

I shall be profiling him soon on Ghanaweb. He brings two completed books every year. He know Kwame Okoampa-Afoofe very and does not discuss him. He is more interested in discussing profound thinkers and accomplished scholars. Sadly, he sees such scholars as failures.

He's not a PhD in "The New Yorker," "The New York Times," or any other respected or presigious peer reviewed journal for that matter.

Ask any of his mates some of whom are my close friend.

A scholar debates issues and not name-calling. He has not addressed a single of the substantive issues I have raised about the nonentity, JB Danquah.

HON Sam, or Mr. Qweci, whatever you call yourself, your Mr. Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe is a typical Boko Haram Scholar. This is how his peers see him.
