  In fact, this propaganda secretary outfit should be remove from NDC setup. The reason is simple, in modern politics propaganda outfit is to disseminate information which are false or which emphasizes just one part of a situation, used by a government or political group to make people agree with them. It should be “Strategic Secretary” thus the current phase or words.

Does it imply, if your logic holds, that your 'tall' Northern women had sex with some so-called 'Lilliputian' men? Your reasoning is flawed, for, being tall in height is not a natural preserve of Northerners!
